RAIN

That gently trickles down my window pane;
If falls from the heavens and upon touching the
ground,
All that can be heard are soft splashing sounds.
The lakes are filled with new water from the sky
It prevents aguatic creatures fromrunning dry;
It's brought by the wind to places where crops grow,
Imparthing moisture to the plants below
I love to feel the rain on my skin,
I open wide my window so that may come in;
The coll breeze fills every corner of my room,
God's gift of rain is truly mankind's heirloom.

I look at you and I praise the Lord;
He has made you so beautiful, loving and kind,
The most amazing mother in the world is mine;
At all times and in all ways, you were, there for me,
I truly know that's where you'll always be;
I'll stay near,I won't go far,
Because my home is wherever you are;
In your arms I find comfort,in your words I find peace,
When you hold me tight, all troubles cease;
I love to sit by you all day,
Listening to your stories and the words you say;
Mummy you're the reason I'm alive,
Without you around,I cannot survive;
For I have your love, I am truly blest,
may the lord bless our lives, your and mine
